Gonzalez Remodel reserves the right to enforce its refund and cancellation policy as outlined. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, or at least 4 hours in urgent cases, to cancel or reschedule any service. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit or payment made, and no refund will be issued. By scheduling a service with Gonzalez Remodel, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Exceptions to this policy may be granted solely at the discretion of Gonzalez Remodel and must be confirmed in writing.

Refund Policy - the basics

 At Gonzalez Remodel, we are committed to providing quality service and customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. In urgent cases, we allow cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time. If cancellation occurs with less than 4 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. Deposits and payments made to secure a service time are non-refundable if proper notice is not given. Refunds for other circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at the discretion of Gonzalez Remodel. By booking our services, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
